Prove the Telegram round trip

Send a real inline check-in button, have the driver tap it in Telegram, then watch the message change to a confirmation.

The webhook endpoint is /api/telegram/webhook. It must be configured with Telegram before the button can report back.

Send a real Telegram button. Clicking it calls the demo webhook and updates the Telegram message.

Demo only: action state is held in memory and does not yet create a Plant Operations check-in.

Escalation control

TSM → ASM → RSM

Queue customer alerts by territory coverage. TSM is scheduled first, followed by ASM and RSM after 15-minute intervals. Every attempt remains auditable.

Queue an exception

Use an existing exception UUID. Recipient resolution is territory-first and does not accept direct person tagging.
